St. Louis-based Bon Santé, LLC provides nutrition education and weight management services to adults whose weight has compromised their health. Bon Santé’s evidence-based, medically supervised approach includes individual diet counseling, and nutritional and medical assessment with a recommended specific, individualized program that teaches how to maintain weight after weight loss. Our mission is to provide sound guidance and support to adults on strategies for achieving and maintaining a healthy weight for a lifetime. Bon Santé’s individualized, long term (clients are encouraged to consider the initial commitment a year long program) and medically supervised approach to weight management is unique because it teaches clients HOW to maintain weight loss and incorporate healthy habits into lifetime habits.

KATHY THAMES
Bon Santé, LLC's Founder & CEO, Kathy Thames, holds a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, is a registered dietitian and a licensed dietitian in the state of Missouri. She has worked in the area of dietetics and wellness for over 25 years. Her expertise and effectiveness in nutrition and weight management therapy, combined with her passion to help her clients succeed, has earned her recognition in the St. Louis community.
Kathy has done extensive research on the role of whole food nutrition for improving health and preventing disease. She speaks nationally to spread the word and importance of changing the Standard American Diet. Her passion for helping people make healthy changes in their diet and lives is evident is her lectures, classes and life.
Kathy is certified in Adult Weight Management and as a nutrition expert by the Commission on Dietetic Registration & the American Dietetic Association.
Kathy also co-founded www.SimplyCooking.net - a practical approach to getting healthy dinners on the table, every night. She co-authored a question and answer nutrition book call Ask the Nutritionist (www.authorhouse.com).
