At your second appointment, re-evaluate your intake, caloric output and sleep efficiency. Set nutrition & activity goals and get all your questions answered by a Registered Dietitian.

Bon Santé Active Weight Loss: 12 weeks
Initial Assessment (60 minute appointment) includes metabolism measurement, review of medical history, weight loss goals & prescription, followed by 11 consecutive weeks of 20-30 minute individual consults for weight loss. These consults provide accountability and structure and focus on goals, direction and progress while teaching skills to practice for lifelong weight management. BonSanté’s SenseWear® device will be used for two one week intervals during weight loss period to assess activity level, sleep efficiency and food intake.
