In order to understand where you are going, it is important to recognize where you have been. You may have noticed that you have less energy while trying to keep up with your children or grandchildren, or, that you lack joy or intimacy in your life. With Bon Santé, your weight loss journey begins with a nutritional assessment which includes an interview with a health care professional, metabolism measurement, BMI calculation, key body measurements, blood pressure and a review of your medical history.
Armed with knowledge, training and clear guidelines, our staff will collaborate with you and your primary care physician to provide you with an individual dietary and lifestyle program. This program will be reinforced by weekly appointments that focus on lifestyle changes while using meal replacement products and nutrition counseling to ensure healthy weight loss. To keep your program interesting and challenging, our staff will evaluate your progress and continually work with you and your primary care physician.
